The Isthmus of Corinth is not only an international hub of maritime transport but also a source of thousands of visitors due to its enormous history with resonance in Greece and abroad. Crowds of people cross the Canal to admire this impressive man-built feat. The view from sea level is even more magnificent! From April 2010, the “ARGO Ferry” sails daily across the canal, offering the visitors of the Canal an unforgettable experience and the opportunity to enjoy the imposing scenery and serene waters of the Isthmus that compose this 19th-century construction miracle. “ARGO” is a modern 24m long boat with a capacity of up to 196 people. It is accompanied by well-trained staff and has a bar so that all possible needs of the passengers are served during the trip. The itineraries are daily, from the morning, about an hour long, and their frequency depends on the amount of visitors. There is a lot of flexibility in the booking as routes can be arranged by organized groups (KAPI, hotels, schools, etc.) or travel agencies.
